Return
We do not accept returns on completed orders due to the custom, digital nature of logo designs.If revisions are needed to meet quality standards or your original specs, we offer a revision process prioritizing your satisfaction. If the final design deviates from your requirements, we'll conduct an internal review and revise or recreate it at no extra cost.
Revisions
Revision policies vary by package, check your selected plan's details. Revisions are available within 5-10 business days after the design enters "Waiting for Approval" in our platform.
Revisions activate post-review. Email your assigned designer with feedback to align with your specs. Post-delivery, you own full rights and can edit files (e.g., in editable formats like AI or SVG) before final use.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled case-by-case, with our team committed to resolving issues fairly.
Refunds may apply to non-started orders or exceptional cases. Processing takes 5-15 business days, minus a $50 fee or 5% of order value (whichever is higher). Refunds return via your original payment method, with email confirmation.
Change Of Mind:
- Pre-Design Start: 100% refund if requested within 1 hour of order.
- Post-Start: Partial refund (up to 5%) after project initiation and one revision round, to cover team efforts.
Non-Compliant Delivery:
Exhaust revisions first. If still off-spec:- We'll reassign designers, revise unlimited times, or rewrite concepts until satisfied.
- Reserve equivalent free future services. If unresolved, process refund by mutual agreement (only for major deviations).
Late Delivery:
We guarantee 15-minute delivery, but if delayed (proven by logs after 3+ contact attempts), we'll refund proportionally.
Claim Window: Within 10 days of delivery, no revisions used. Note deadlines at checkout.
No-Refund Cases:
- Minor issues (e.g., color tweaks, file formats).
- Client-side delays.
- Low complexity dissatisfaction.
- Post-delivery approval changes.
Modifications to Services & Prices
Prices, discounts, and services may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue offerings anytime without liability.
